Online_Offline is a program for testing and documenting whether your own PC or a particular IP/server is online or not.
The program automatically pings a particular IP (the default is Google) every x seconds (the interval is adjustable) and thus tests whether you yourself are online or offline. Every ping is automatically logged and a record of all times is produced.
Likewise, any IP can be pinged in order to monitor a particular server, for example.
It can do its work minimised in the background and start automatically with Windows.
With this log you can, for example, prove to a provider when and for how long you had no internet connection.
The program requires very few system resources.
